Restoring stability and hope
The mission of Second Chance Families Project is to remove barriers and restore stability for families. We provide transportation, advocacy, access to essential resources, and compassionate community-based assistance. We help parents and caregivers reach treatment, employment, court, and child welfare requirements, medical appointments, and other critical services while building a stronger path toward recovery and reunification. Our goal is to create practical support and lasting hope so families have a real opportunity to heal, rebuild, and stay connected.
Join our journey of impact
A child should never miss seeing their parent because of a lack of transportation. Families in crisis are missing court dates, recovery appointments, job interviews, housing meetings, and opportunities to reunite with their children simply because they don't have a way to get there. That's why Second Chance Families Project is raising funds for a Mobile Outreach Van. This van will bring hope directly to families who need it most. It will help provide transportation assistance, recovery and treatment support, housing navigation, family reunification resources, and life-skills and community services. For many families, one ride can mean the difference between giving up and getting a second chance. We know this struggle personally. We know what it's like to fight for your family while facing barriers that seem impossible to overcome. That's why this mission is so important.
